Your project, your choice.

When you use the calculator, we store your paint selection, measurements, project details and resulting plan so you can revisit it and our team can understand interest in our products. A plan alone does not require your name or phone number.

When you ask us to contact you

We store the name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, location, preferred contact method, purchase timing and message that you choose to provide. We link these details to your plan for follow-up and record staff notes and status changes in our private CRM. Contact is optional and requires your consent.

AI-assisted guidance

When AI guidance is active and you open a paint plan, we send its selected product, project type and area labels to our configured AI provider so it can prepare practical next-step advice. We do not include your lead contact details in that request. We store the returned guidance with your plan; it does not set the bucket quantity or price.

Sharing and email

Anyone with your long, unguessable plan link can see the project estimate and measurements, but not the lead contact details or staff notes. Do not share the link with someone you do not trust. Opening WhatsApp prepares a message; you decide whether to send it. If you use the send-email form, our email delivery service processes the recipient address and plan summary. If you open an email draft instead, you choose the recipient and your own mail app handles the message.

Security and requests

Only authorised staff can access the CRM. We take reasonable measures to protect records, but no internet service is risk-free. To request access, correction or deletion of your contact details, email doublekroyalpaint@gmail.com or call +234 805 652 8992. We retain project and lead data until no longer needed for enquiries, business records or legal obligations; ask us for the applicable period.

We use a functional session cookie for calculator security and staff sign-in. We do not use advertising trackers.
